Yeah, it’s just that he does have influence over his fans and a lot of them will read some of the stuff he says and think it’s true/right because he’s the one saying it.  That’s what really bothers me about it.  And the fact that he says stuff that bothers me taints my opinion of his music.  I wish I could keep the music and the man separate, but it’s hard to listen to “Holy Wars” or any other Megadeth song and realize that the guy who is singing it thinks that African women are to blame for the world’s overpopulation.
